A New Algorithm I May Find

I do wrote it by myself, but I'm not with an ability to translate it into English.

This is actually a well know algorithm in China. This is taught in 3rd grade there

    Yeah,but though it's easy to think out, but it wasn't used usually.
    I'm surprised that it can remove a $$$log N$$$ in one problem but nobody found it.
