Rating changes of previous rounds rolled back

Why have the rating changes of some previous rounds been rolled back? Are the rounds unrated or will the rating be returned back?

      it happens only when your submissions overlaps with others

        No, actually a pop-up appears when you open codeforces if they are rechecking some round.

they are rechecking all the contest of this month.

Whenever you see the 'Rule about third-party code is changing' thread in the sidebar, it means Codeforces are rechecking submissions for cheaters. It's always because some guy bumping the old thread claiming they didn't intend to cheat.
