Hi, I was trying to craft a contest. It is partially reviewed by a coordinator. However I am unable to add more problems to it.
Not sure if it's a bug because I could comfortably add them ~3-4 months ago.

I think I know the reason, because codeforces currently proposes competitions and problems that require a rating of 2100 or above, or a writer in the past, you obviously don't meet this requirement now. If you still want to propose the problem, there are three solutions 1. Ask mike for help and let him give you permission, but this may be troublesome and not recommended. 2. Participate in the competition to achieve a rating of 2100 or more. 3. Find a friend with permission to help you propose the problem. I recommend option 3, it's the fastest way.
