I'm a first-year CSE student from Bangladesh. I joined Codeforces 2 months ago with 0 rating, and I wanted to share my progress so far.

Current stats: Rating: 1006 Problems solved: 66 Longest streak: 19 days Contests: 6

What helped me: 1. Solving at least one problem every day, even when I didn't feel like it. 2. Starting with 800-rated problems. 3. Not reading the editorial too early.

My struggle: My first contest was my best, with 3 problems solved. Since then I mostly solve only 1 problem per round, and I can't figure out how to get to B.

Question: What helped you get past 1000? Any advice would help a lot, thanks!
