There are some people who take first place in contests even though they have 0 rating.

Write your example below.  I've been shocked too many times by these people, and I say to myself things like, "You have participated in more than 10 contests already and registered 5 months ago, but you haven't entered the top 3000." It is true that they know much more than me and have put in more effort .These people immediately get 888+ ratings. Also, they get masters really fast,while I'm not even a pupil yet. I think there are too many undiscovered talents who haven't entered to codeforces, but know better than most of the coders. In conclusion, contests get more interesting with the participation of these people..
