I am writing this post to respectfully request a manual review of my friend's account Kartikey0323, which has recently been disabled by the administration. When attempting to log in, he is receiving the error message: "User is disabled by administrators."

He wants to state clearly that he values the platform's integrity and have consistently tried to follow the community guidelines. The disablement occurred unexpectedly, and he is unsure which specific submission or activity triggered the automated flag.

If this restriction is related to his recent contest participation or a false positive from plagiarism detection due to boilerplate/template code reuse, He is entirely willing to walk through his logic, provide context, or verify ownership of the account.

He admits that he used an AI assistant to help him with Contest round 1123 and now realizes this violates the fair play guidelines of the platform. He sincerely apologises, ensure it won't happen again, and ask if his account can be restored after a temporary ban period.

He kindly asks the Codeforces administration to take a look at his account status and let me know if there are any specific steps he needs to take to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance.
