i train everyday at least 5 problems 1600-1800 but im still blue (main account) for 2 years already. how can people be so good so fast like red in 1 year

when high rating user post weird blog like this https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/136976 people upvote and comment but when low rating user like me post we get downvote so many. this is as bad as racism
