ICO stands for the International Cybersecurity Olympiad and has little to no connection to competitive programming. This blog aims to introduce participants. Many of them happen to be competitive programmers. It also focuses on raising awareness and promoting cybersecurity as a recognized field, much like CP. ICO 2026 has been announced for Sydney, Australia, with Macquarie University as the venue, and it will take place on 27 June 2026. Since team selection in many countries is largely based on competitive programming results, I decided to create one more team blog post (hopefully the last one on Codeforces, since the website has nothing to do with cybersecurity) to collect and maintain the team list.
Here is the preliminary (not finalized) ICO 2026 team for Azerbaijan:
