After my previous post about the incorrect flag of Lesotho (btw, the problem wasn't fixed), I discovered another problem, and it's much worse.


Flags of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of the Congo are swapped.
Proof from Wikipedia:

And I know their flags are swapped and not their names because Brazzavile (the capital of the Republic of the Congo) is listed correctly as one of the cities of the Republic of the Congo. See it for yourself:

Though I found something even worse.

The name of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is "Заир" (Zaire) in russian. Zaire is a name which haven't been used since 1997. (Proof)
