Hello Codeforces! With the World Cup approaching, I had a cool thematic idea that I wanted to share with the community and, hopefully, inspire some experienced problem setters. What if we had a Football-Themed Codeforces Round? Football matches, tactical formations, tournament brackets, and transfer windows are full of great concepts that can be beautifully converted into competitive programming problems (e.g., from simple array simulations about Vini Jr. to complex dynamic programming on player positioning or graph theory for passing lines).
