Hi Codeforces!

We are excited to invite you to CCAPC 2026, the first-ever ICPC-style programming competition organized by the Canyon Crest Academy Programming and Problem Solving Club!

The contest will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, both in person at Canyon Crest Academy in San Diego, California, and online here on Codeforces.

General Information

• Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026
• In-Person Event: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM PDT
• Contest Time: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM PDT (3.5 hours)
• Team Size: Up to 3 members
• In-Person Perks: Free lunch and merch!
• Prizes: A prize pool, primarily for in-person competitors

Format & Difficulty

The contest will feature Beginner and Advanced divisions, each containing 12 original problems. All problems are equally weighted, with a 20-minute penalty for incorrect submissions.

The Beginner Division is aimed at competitors around the USACO Bronze/Silver level, while the Advanced Division is intended for USACO Gold and above. The divisions are roughly comparable to Codeforces Div. 4 and Div. 3 difficulty, respectively.

The contest is primarily aimed at participants rated below 2100 on Codeforces, but everyone is welcome to participate! Teams may choose either division, although teams with at least one member who has reached USACO Gold must compete in Advanced.
