  1. I don't know how to learn DP, can you guy give me some advices or sources
  2. why do many people use iterative dp instead of the recursive dp (I find recursion + memoization easier to implement and understand)

cses problemset for classic dp problems

Then do codeforces problems tagged with dp

Recursive DP is dumb use iterative
