I'd like to announce the fifth HackerRank HourRank round! The contest will be held on [16:30 UTC↵
Monday, Feb 1 2016](http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?iso=20160201T2030&p0=371&msg=HourRank+5&font=cursive&csz=1). Contestants will be given 4 problems and 1 hour to solve them. You can sign up for the contest [here](https://www.hackerrank.com/hourrank-5). Top 10 winners will receive a HackerRank T-Shirt. The contest is rated for all users. ↵
