In today's contest, 1D's statement was changed for me about **100 minutes** into the round:↵

I don't have a screenshot of the original problem page, but before it was updated, the problem asked not only for a valid construction, but also to count the number of valid constructions, and the samples reflected that version.↵

Although the change was announced during the contest, I didn't see the notification because I wasn't actively viewing the contest page (because I had my IDE and ms paint open while solving). By the time I noticed the announcement around 2 hours in, I had already spent close to an hour trying to solve the constructionunting part.↵

The announcement says this was caused by a display bug. I'm not sure how widespread this issue was, but I imagine I wasn't the only one affected. Please tell me if you encountered the same problem.↵

I do not know whose fault this is, but I think this, alongside that [1F seems to be a standard problem](https://koosaga.com/258) + [author communicating with participants during contest](https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/155504), is grounds for making the round unrated. I would also others' opinions on this matter.
