Flags of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of the Congo are swapped.↵

The name of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is "Заир" (Zaire) in russian.↵
Zaire is a name which haven't been used since 1997. ([Proof](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zaire))↵
