Hello everyone.↵
↵
Before anything else, I want to make one thing clear:↵
↵
This project comes from a place of appreciation for Codeforces.↵
↵
I recently built Leetify, a browser extension that rethinks the Codeforces problem-solving workflow while trying to stay respectful of what makes Codeforces great.↵
↵
After talking to many users, I realized something interesting: a lot of people genuinely like the current Codeforces UI. It's familiar, lightweight, fast, and has been part of many people's competitive programming journey for years.↵
↵
So the goal of Leetify is not to change Codeforces.↵
↵
The goal is simply to make solving problems more efficient.↵
↵
Website: https://leetify-dun.vercel.app/↵
↵
Highlights↵
↵
• Split-screen problem + editor workspace ↵
• Run custom tests without leaving the page ↵
• One-click submission from the workspace ↵
• Difficulty ratings and color-coded tags ↵
• VS Code-inspired editor ↵
• Notes-taking system for problems coming in v0.1.3↵
↵
Instead of constantly switching between:↵
↵
- Problem page↵
- Submit page↵
- Custom Invocation page↵
- VS Code↵
- Personal notes↵
↵
Leetify tries to bring everything into one workspace.↵

↵
↵
## Current Features (v0.1.2)↵
↵
### Split-Screen Workspace↵
↵
Problem statement on the left.↵
↵
Editor on the right.↵
↵
Both visible simultaneously.↵
↵
No more switching tabs or constantly scrolling between your editor and the statement.↵
↵
---↵
↵
### VS Code Inspired Editor↵
↵
The editor is designed to feel much closer to modern development tools.↵
↵
Current improvements include:↵
↵
- Syntax highlighting↵
- Line numbers↵
- Better coding experience↵
- Cleaner layout↵
↵
Many editor improvements are actively being worked on based on user feedback.↵
↵
---↵
↵
### Run Custom Tests Without Leaving the Page↵
↵
One of the biggest workflow improvements.↵
↵
Custom tests can be run directly from the workspace.↵
↵
No navigation to another page.↵
↵
No copying and pasting inputs back and forth.↵
↵
Everything stays in context.↵
↵
---↵
↵
### One-Click Submission↵
↵
Write code.↵
↵
Click submit.↵
↵
Stay focused.↵
↵
No extra navigation required.↵
↵
---↵
↵
### Better Problem Information↵
↵
Leetify adds:↵
↵
- Difficulty ratings↵
- Color-coded tags↵
- Cleaner presentation↵
↵
directly on the problem page.↵
↵
---↵
↵
### Smarter Workflow↵
↵
A lot of the small friction points during solving are automated.↵
↵
Things such as:↵
↵
- Code handling↵
- Problem context↵
- Test case workflow↵
↵
are designed to require fewer clicks and less context switching.↵
↵
The idea is not to add features for the sake of adding features.↵
↵
The idea is to reduce interruptions while solving.↵
↵
---↵
↵
## Coming in v0.1.3 — Notes↵
↵
This is the feature I am most excited about.↵
↵
Every problem will have its own:↵
↵
### Add Note↵
↵
section.↵
↵
You will be able to store:↵
↵
- Observations↵
- Mistakes↵
- Editorial insights↵
- DP transitions↵
- Graph tricks↵
- Revision notes↵
↵
directly alongside the problem.↵
↵
---↵
↵
There will also be a dedicated:↵
↵
### My Notes↵
↵
section.↵
↵
Think of it as your personal competitive programming notebook.↵
↵
Over time you build a searchable knowledge base connected to actual problems you solved.↵
↵
For example:↵
↵
Problem A:↵
"Missed binary search monotonicity."↵
↵
Problem B:↵
"Classic rerooting DP pattern."↵
↵
Problem C:↵
"Remember this constructive trick."↵
↵
Years of learning gradually become organized instead of disappearing into random text files.↵
↵
---↵
↵
## Future Plans↵
↵
Leetify is currently only at v0.1.2.↵
↵
Some things being worked on:↵
↵
- Notes system↵
- User analytics↵
- Solve streaks↵
- Progress tracking↵
- Problem journals↵
- Better editor experience↵
- More testing improvements↵
- Personal dashboards↵
↵
and many more ideas suggested by users.↵
↵
---↵
↵
## About the UI↵
↵
One thing I've learned from early feedback is that opinions on UI vary a lot.↵
↵
Some users enjoy the more modern workspace.↵
↵
Others strongly prefer the classic Codeforces appearance.↵
↵
And honestly, that's understandable.↵
↵
If enough people want it, I would be very interested in creating a version that keeps the traditional Codeforces style while still providing the workflow improvements.↵
↵
In other words:↵
↵
Keep the Codeforces look. Improve the solving experience.↵
↵
This project should adapt to what the community wants, not the other way around.↵
↵
---↵
↵
## I Need Feedback↵
↵
This extension is still extremely early.↵
↵
Many of the current features exist only because users suggested them.↵
↵
So please tell me:↵
↵
- What do you like?↵
- What do you hate?↵
- What feels unnecessary?↵
- What is missing?↵
- What would genuinely improve your workflow?↵
↵
I am reading all feedback and actively implementing suggestions.↵
↵
The project is moving quickly and community feedback will have a huge influence on where it goes next.↵
