Can't get rid off the sadness of rating losses

Recently, I just reached 1600 and I’m proud of it.↵
But every time I lose rating, I feel very depressed.↵
Now I’m about to drop back to Specialist. Even though I know it’s just a temporary change, I still can’t overcome my sad emotions.↵
