I feel like I am not improving

I cannot understand many problems, and my performance has worsened. I used to be able to solve at least 1 problems us ing div3 or div2, but these days, I can't. I can't even think of putting hours into it.↵

even I can't code even though i check the solution. I need to check the code and be with my performance, with Olympiad knocking at my door.↵

So any suggestions would be appriciated...
