I guess I have to train more after seeing the solution I realized that I was looking at the question at very weird manner i.e. the question was simple and I made it difficult. But problem C feel more hard that it usually is.

I DONT KNOW why but when I only solve 28 eight hundred rated problems. I got A, B, C in 59 minutes (-5 from it as I start 5 minutes late) but Today (when I have solved 32 eight hundreds and 33 nine hundreds) I almost got A and B in 12 minutes but I was not able to solve some weird test cases of problem B.

My emotions changed miserably from happy(thinking it would be great improvement) to sad.
