I am sure you would have read the previous post about Babbar where he was exposed very badly.

Today I will share what happened with me and I will expose this hypocrite again. Babbar was caught because of violation of Amazon rules. This guy was about to be kicked out, but he resigned before that, as he had an offer of Microsoft.
He is such a manipulater, that he decided to latch on it and create a video with cinematic shots, as high as Netflix quality production. Have you ever seen someone glorifying resignation with a "cinematic shot video"?
In this video he mentions how he was wrongly attacked, and he has used the term "middle class" to gain sympathy. So I am keeping some points which will prove that he is actually a hypocrite.
He mentions in his video, that he has just created 12 videos on roadmaps. Bruhhhh, you don't need to add a title "roadmap" to make a roadmap video. Stop fooling 1st/2nd year kids. Every video of yours, guide to this, guide to that, roadmap to this, bla bla to this, how he cracked, shitty stuffs.
People give an argument that it his content, he has every right to make it. Waittt... yes you are correct, but why add "am doing it for you", "am taking a stand", "only for you people". Don't use students na, when you making shit content, says its your own channel. Why creating a loop, that its for you am doing.
He got caught red-handedly that his main motive is earning money. Now he replied that earning money is not bad as he is a middle class. I agree to you Babbar, but let me point out some of your doings which shows you do it only for money. You made a discord launch video, which was of 5 minutes. Over there you mentioned 3 minutes about discord launch and 2 minutes sponshorsip of 1L. No problem, but wait, what did you mention in that video. We will be creating the biggest community, I will be bringing in teachers, I will bring teaching assistants to solve doubts, free classes, bla bla, just to fool students and have views because you had taken a sponsor. This shows your mentality of earning. Prime example is, if someone resigns, he will simply create a video, not a cinematic shot video, with entire crew, shit BOY! You are so cringe. 1L for creating a discord community.
Let's look at the featured guy on the movie, "Nishant Chamar", his entire channel is based on one stuff "MICROSOFT", microsoft send me this, unboxing this, doing this, pooping and much more. Even he made a birthday video with the title "My first birthday as Microsoft Engineer", like seriously ? Babbar is going to Microsoft now and did a collab with him on this video, and he will keep making the same cringe on the name of "helping students". Students stop getting fooled.
He took a stand for you ? Okay so he could have used 7 days, which he took to make this video in something productive for you as he took a stand for you. But wait, reach, creating a productive video will not give him reach.
He mentioned the day before releasing video, that he will refer everyone to Amazon, just to create support for his video, and he took all the email-id's and then just referred 1 person.
Created a wonderful video, where he has thumbnail as "Google selected my resume", I mean so much audacity to create a video with the title after getting rejected. He does not stops at this, he is misguiding peeople that he got rejected in third round. Dude, Google never rejects roundwise, its an entire process, which is conducted, they allow you to give all rounds, and based on overall feedback, they select you or reject you. You can read about interview experiences. You got rejected in initial screening telephonic, just to fool you kid audience, you were like "got rejected in third round". Bdw good thumbnail, like how can you even put "Google selected my resume", Google selects bunches of resumes, but you are on a whole different level of cringe.
LASTLY, which he did and he feels did right. You did YouTube for so many years, you never complained to Amazon, the moment you were caught, you handed over the entire list of youtubers to the HR team, you have accepted this in the video. Dude you have a job at Microsoft. It won't affect you, but why are you killing everyone's sleep and life who is currently at Amazon, what kind of person are you ? You could have left, was it necessary to hand over the list. You felt its the best way to kill other youtubers in your space, you are an A*****e.
Due to him, I have been reached out by Internal team, and I had to give a written explanation on when I make videos and all. Did you do this right. You had a job, hence u resigned and make a sympathetic use of it to gain reach and subscribers. But did you think of your fellow creators, no, you just messed with their life. This time none of the creator is with you except college creators, you know why ? They are mature, and they understand you can sell out anyone.
Such a selfish and hypocrite guy. He can stoop any low, and call sell out anyone for reach/views.
Sorry for posting here, but I feel this is the only community which helps in spreading the correct word. Linkedin, its not possible, because they only spread posts who have followers. Sorry, its important to tell everyone, more and more about his nonsense, so that people stop wasting time on him. Please share!!
Aur karo Faang ko overhype..The one and only reason why people like these earn so many subscribers is the craze amongst students in India to land a job at amazon , Microsoft, Google, etc. I did not even know these people a few months ago but due to all these controversies , got to know how they scam people. Students, please understand that being a 6 star on codechef or even a legendary grandmaster on CF does not guarantee that you will get selected.. Stop being fooled by people who say 6 stars on CC is a wildcard to Faang. Nothing matters except your performance in the interview coding rounds.. Stop blindly following these people just becoz they work in those elite companies... Like how can anyone be so stupid so as to fall for point 6 in this blog? Please wake up!!
Love Babbar's whole career is a gift from Amazon.
I'm pretty sure he is a nice guy to hang out with, but i would surely won't want my kids to follow him.
Do your videos also violate Amazon rules? If not, then why do you think that he destroyed your life? If yes, then why were you making your videos in the first place?
Your blog post would be a major offtopic if not for one thing: some codeforces users feel like it's okay to violate rules if they think that some of the rules are unreasonable. For example, the rule about having only one codeforces account is disrespected and violated a lot. But this kind of mindset may be dangerous after getting a job and dealing with things like NDA and whatnot. The babbar's story is a good reminder.

The thing that I don't understand in all of this is, why does a company have any say in what people do in their personal time after office hours? Be it youtube or anything else unless done in office hours I feel no company should have the right to question their employees.
Actually Babbar did record his live meetings, solved leetcode problems and bunch of other stuff during office hours. Which is against every company's policy.
This actually applies both ways. Employees are also expected not to accidentally or intentionally drag their company into their own personal affairs. It is generally forbidden to use corporate e-mail for anything other than work related communication. And when people are publishing something on the Internet in their personal time after office hours, it should be never misinterpreted as if talking on behalf of their company. Quite the contrary, people sometimes add explicit disclaimers saying that something is just their own personal opinion and has nothing to do with their company. Even if somebody doesn't understand company rules, there's often a good practical reason why they exist.
If you want an example, then you can read about this incident. It may sound cynical, but companies are primarily focused on doing business and earning money. They don't want to unnecessarily offend and pick fights with the supporters of one or another presidental candidate, greenpeace, lgbt, feminists, atheists, followers of one or another religion, different political regimes, etc.
Is there a way to report these shitty blogs and permanently suppress them on CF?

I think one blog was enough for this topic. Clearly CF community is not interested in this. MOVE ON... Blogs add value and this clearly does not.
I have watched some of babbar's content and it is pretty good. When he says, I'm doing this for you all, he meant his students/followers (which clearly you aren't) and technically he is correct as he is doing it for both himself and his students as it is not a zero sum game, both parties can benefit. He need not be good at Amazon stuff to be good at teaching DSA. About marketing with Amazon label, life is hard and people do far worse shit to succeed. About showing inside Amazon content, Amazon could have given him warning to remove Amazon specific stuff instead of giving ultimatum. And finally about snitching on other youtubers, if you are getting fired for something that a lot of people are doing inside Amazon, it does make sense to tell HR about everyone so that you chances of winning improves. It is matter of principles. I wouldn't have done it but that doesn't make it wrong.
