Why is the problemset page blocked ?

It is blocked during the contests to reduce the traffic and may be mike slept without unblocking it.

There's a workaround. Try accessing problems from contest page. I think only /problemset/*/ is blocked. Because I was submitting codes to practice problems during the contest today, as I was a bit late and decided to sit this one out.
