Hello, I'm a beginner in CodeForces.

I have noticed one thing — After the contest is over, our ratings usually change just once. I also played chess for a few months and there I had realized that if my opponent was a cheater, I would get a message from chess com team that my rating has been restored.

The same doesn't seem to happen here. I'm not completely sure, but I feel there might be cheaters in every contest due to the ease of LLMs. If codeforces finds some cheaters, do they refund some of the rating? Or the ratings which are updated after the contest accounts for all these cheaters as well as our performance?
