Rollback when?

It seems that there has been no rollback in the Nebius Round 2 (Codeforces Round 1088, Div. 1 + Div. 2) and subsequent rounds. When can we getting a rating roll back?

Based on my observation of the recent rounds I've participated in, it seems like the rankings have been established. Is there any unresolved issue that prevents rollback?

Maybe they're planning something big for this rollback? If so, I would feel bad to rush them (the truth is that some cheaters are banned. many are not. I can still find so many with my own eyes. I would rather they be banned too).

Although I must say that waiting this long carries objective risk. You do realize that there are gonna be people taking div2 and div3 right now when they maybe shouldn't be right? Like I think many people are expecting at least a +10-20 rating bump.

    I do believe that waiting this long carries some risk and problems. However, even if cheaters take part in recent contests, if they are banned and removed from previous contests, they will then be removed from these recent contests, so honest participants will get their rating back. But yeah, this is taking way too long, and therefore, the rollback period will take even longer (as this probably isn't a simple process for even one contest, let alone > 10 contests).

    yeah,there are too many cheaters that workers of coderforces might be busy.few days ago i reported a suspicious cheater gzyo4(who have been skipped once and want to sold his account in Chinese Social Media XiaoHongShu,asking for how much yuan can an account that reach GM within 2 months be sold) to mike,but still no reply.
