Hello everyone!!

I have a problem solving problems, and I would like to ask for your advice. When I solve problems, I describe all the steps in detail, but I encounter difficulties in the logical part, especially when the task contains many conditions. I don't always understand how to properly take these conditions into account and organically fit them into the solution.

My mindset is more focused on having a clear algorithm, and if it's not immediately obvious, I get lost and don't know where to start. Perhaps the reason is a lack of experience, since I have been solving problems relatively recently.

In addition, it seems to me that I have a poorly developed creative part of thinking, which is why I can not always find a non-standard approach to the task.

I would like to understand how best to develop algorithmic thinking and creativity, as I understand that these skills are closely interrelated and complement each other. How to develop these skills in order to learn to take into account difficult conditions and confidently solve problems? If you have any recommendations or personal experience, I would appreciate any advice!

If that's step by step guide for what to do on problems, then I will have to say that it isn't relevant to the question asked by the OP.

Also, I don't think that's a great advice as your response focuses on how to not solve the problem. Instead, the main part of practice should be actual solving and editorial and similar resources should be reduced to minimal. However, they are important after you solve the problem to see if you missed something.

sir, He asked he's lacking creative thinking, thus I suggested him ways to gain more knowledge and ideas. As compared to you I'm not that experienced , if I'm still wrong , please correct me sir.
