will i be able to grow in codeforces if i solve usaco bronze or silver problems everyday? Should i solve them ? are there any resources to prepare for ioi other than codeforces and atcoder ?

I think Codeforces and AtCoder is enough, to get better. But to prepare to IOI, you need to solve past IOI-style contests (Like IOI, JOI, POI, IZHO, ...). You can solve them in oj.uz.
