How can I learn more about problem tags? How can I solve a problem based on its tag? Where I can find details about problem tags. I'm new here. Thanks in advance

Don't worry that much about the tags, just start solving problems of various ratings(800-1200) for beginning). But for reference if you want to practice a specific topic just google that tag (but I wouldn't recommend unless you see that topic mentioned in an editorial).
