Dear codeforces users and MikeMirzayanov, due to the increasing incidence of fraud in codeforces rounds, it seems reasonable to me to take the following actions:

1) If anyone tries to cheat in even one round, their account should be banned for life. As far as I know, they just take over the ratings and continue to cheat.

2) For new accounts, make the first five competitions unrated so that scammers do not have the desire to create new profiles after blocking the previous one.
