Why codeforces extensions don't work? like, Carrot doesn't predicts delta change and CF analytics doesn't shows up extra info. tho they were working when recent div 3 started

Do anyone know how can i learn how to use dp algorithm? like, i cant use anything that i read from books and i need to learn it.
