Won't it be a good idea if some rounds are held at other times? TopCoder has 3 time slots (7:00, 12:00 and 21:00).

I agree with you but, I think SRM's has 4 time slots on weekdays 7:00 , 11:00, 21:00, and on saturday 12:00 .
