Cheaters don't really affect you, other than making the rating scale stiffer (but it affects everyone, so there is zero total effect). There's also always ICPC/other proctored stuff, and focusing too much on other people leads to lots of people here thinking everyone better than them is cheating.
TLDR: There are more productive things to do than complain about cheaters on CF forums

Well it's mostly the "nicer", more prestigious universities which are having their final exams at the moment. Mostly government universities like IITs, NITs which are considered of higher status have their exams during this time.
Private universities which are more filled with more average and below average students are more likely to cheat and don't have their exams at the same time with us.

I mean, we newbies can be mad as much as we want, but honestly, I don’t think removing cheaters/hidden lgm's from contests will fix our terrible problem-solving skills, tbh—it’s more about how we practice and improve outside of contests anyway.
